Public asked not to leave donation bags outside Hospice Shops closed due to Level 5 Restrictions Published: Thursday, 31 December 2020 14:38
The Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation is again appealing to people across the region not to leave bags of goods outside their shops, as level 5 Covid 19 Restrictions are in place, and the shops are closed and cannot deal with the donations.
Martina Jennings CEO of the Mayo Roscommon Hospice told Midwest News that while they really appreciate the donations that keep the shops open, there is no point in leaving bags of goods outside closed shops. The contents become a litter problem and a health and safety issue.
