SENIOR AEROBIC EXERCISE
Senior Aerobics will be held on Dec. 16 at 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. with instructor Mahnaz Bassiri. Bring your own weights optional. A $5 donation is suggested.
PAINTING WITH FRIENDS
Painting with Friends will be held on Dec. 16 from 1 to 4 p.m. Bring you own supplies to paint. No instruction given; only verbal support from fellow artists. Cost is $10.
YOGA WITH SUSAN
Yoga with Dr. Susan Pataky will be held on Dec. 17 from 10 to 11 a.m. Zoom class focused on more movement and sun salute. Cost is $18 for members and $20 for non-members per class; discount packages available. Registration required the day before by 3 p.m.
