How many sets of twins? Baptist Health Lexington has had a twinspirational last few months.  The hospital has had 18 sets of twins born since the year began, a 3% increase from this time last year. The most recent twin births happened last Wednesday.  It s been kind of fun having so many twins,  said Dr. Tonia Reid, who works in the neonatal intensive care unit.  There is no explanation for the increase, hospital spokeswoman Harriett Hendren said. But the anticipation of twins has become hospital chatter,Reid said.
