Illegal Alien Run Over and Killed by Border Patrol Vehicle
KINGSVILLE, TX – On April 29, 2021, at approximately 1:00 p.m., two illegal aliens were run over by a Border Patrol vehicle in Kenedy County near Kingsville, TX. One illegal alien, a male Honduran national, died on the scene as a result of his injuries. Another illegal alien was transferred to a hospital in Harlingen via air ambulance and was discharged later in the day after medical personnel determined he did not suffer any serious injuries.
At the time of the incident, Border Patrol Agents were patrolling an area known for smuggling activity when they observed fresh footprints believed to belong to illegal aliens passing through the area. Agents on foot and in vehicles continued to search the area which was covered with extremely thick and tall grass interspersed with groves of taller vegetation.

Two migrant men were struck and one killed by a border patrol vehicle tracking fresh footprints in a known smuggling route in southern Texas authorities announced Saturday.
Border patrol agents (BPA) near Kingsville, Texas were tracking the prints through tall grass and vegetation by foot and in vehicles Thursday when they found two separate groups of migrants.
A third group reportedly emerged after burrowing themselves in tall grass to tell the authorities two men had been run over by one of the vehicles.
One of the injured migrants directed the authorities to the other injured Honduras man, at which time a BPA Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) on the scene immediately attended to the migrants, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) said in a statement Saturday.

Early pictures show a young girl with beautiful curls and piercing blue eyes who inherited her father’s love for the outdoors, music, and sports.
Shirley graduated from St. Catherine in St. Paul with a Bachelor of Science in biology and a chemistry minor. Many life-long friendships were made at St. Kate’s and she remained a committed “Katie” until her death.
