The couple spent the night at Medicine Hat Regional Hospital after welcoming their daughter into the world. Sydney Quinn Bartsoff arrived Thursday at 4:35 a.m. She weighs five pounds and nine ounces. She is 17 7/8 inches tall. “She’s perfect,” Regan said. “She’s a tiny little peanut but she’s healthy and happy. “Everything is good, all of her numbers are good. She’s super sleepy and snuggly right now, so we’re just enjoying that.”
