Seemingly every year a handful of quarterbacks around the country dramatically raise their recruiting stock with a strong spring camp series leading into a big senior season.
However, that path to a rankings surge wasn’t possible for Oregon high school football prospects, as the high school season won’t take place until spring 2021 - if at all.
Despite the shutdown, Hidden Valley High School star and Oregon State Beavers quarterback commit Sam Vidlak has grown from “intriguing FCS sleeper” to “borderline four-star talent” over the past nine-plus months.
