Redmi 9 Prime gets MIUI 12 Global Stable update in India [Download Link]
Xiaomi launched the Redmi 9 Prime back in August in India. To those unaware, Xiaomi sells the same smartphone as Redmi 9 in other markets. Redmi 9 Prime’s POCO sibling, POCO M2 started receiving MIUI 12 global stable update in India a couple of weeks ago. Now, Xiaomi has started rolling out MIUI 12 stable update for Redmi 9 Prime users in India. With this update, Xiaomi concludes MIUI 12 roll-out for all it’s Redmi 9 series devices in India.
Redmi 9 Prime MIUI 12 Stable update comes as MIUI 12.0.1.0.QJCINXM, weighs 608MBs in size and brings December Android security patch to the device along with MIUI 12. If you haven’t received the update on your device, you can download the zip file here and try flashing it using the recovery method.

Xiaomi has started rolling out the latest MIUI 12 stable update to its Redmi Note 6 Pro. To recall, the company recently rolled out the same update to Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphones.
The device was launched with MIUI 9 based on Android 8.1 (Oreo). It was later updated to MIUI 10, Android 9.0 (Pie), and MIUI 11. Now, the phone has receives the MIUI 12 update as well.

The version number for the latest update for the Redmi Note 6 Pro is V12.0.1.0.PEKMIXM. It is recommended to install the update under a good Wi-Fi connection and when the phone is sufficiently charged.
