Subjected to reports made in the Hotspots Identification for Dynamic Engagement (HIDE) system and risk assessment by KKM. Other orders/instructions issued by the Health Department Director from time to time. ALLOWED activities Acquiring or purchasing necessary supplies. Getting healthcare or medical treatment. Performing official government or judiciary duties. PROHIBITED activities Movement and travel in and out of MCO areas without permission from PDRM. Activities listed in the ‘Negative List’. Movement & travel Inter-district and inter-state travel (based on district boundaries specified by State Governments) are NOT ALLOWED.

Over 500 vehicles ordered to turn back at Kelantan borders

09 May 2021 / 10:50 H. -Bernama PASIR MAS: More than 500 vehicles attempting to enter the state without inter-state travel permit were ordered to turn back yesterday, said Kelantan police chief Datuk Shafien Mamat. (pix) He said the number was recorded between 12am to 5pm yesterday, at the three main entry points to the state, namely, Gua Musang, Pasir Puteh and Jeli. Apart from not having inter-state permit letter, Shafien said there were also a handful of road users who only produced the permit without verification of any police station. “These people were unlucky as the police were able to detect the tactic and they were ordered to turn back,” he said.
