DA: Murder suspect charged in second case; investigators believe there may be more victims     PORTLAND, Oregon (KPTV) A Portland man who was arrested for a 1999 cold case last year has now been charged with a second murder, according to the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office. The district attorney’s office announced Wednesday that Christopher Charles Lovrien, 53, was indicted by a grand jury for the murders of Mark Dribin and Kenneth Griffin. Dribin disappeared in July 1999. Investigators found evidence at his home leading them to believe he’d been killed, but they didn’t find his body and they weren’t able to identify DNA samples recovered from his home and vehicle.
