Karl is already a father of four - Jackson, 20, and River, 12, and daughter Ava, 16, who he shares with ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn.
More recently, he welcomed his fourth child, daughter Harper May, 11 months ago with wife Jasmine Yarbrough, 36.
Earlier this month, Karl revealed he was feeling an itch to have more kids after meeting his brother Peter and sister-in-law Sylvia Jeffreys newborn Henry George.
After announcing he had become an uncle again, Karl Stefanovic cheekily said he s always up for trying for another baby with his wife.
