Grubich advisory council s top choice for Cascade County judicial vacancy Nicole Girten, Great Falls Tribune © GREAT FALLS TRIBUNE DISTRICT COURT UPDATE FOR ONLINE The Eighth Judicial District Advisory Council agreed to recommend Cascade County s current Standing Master, attorney David Joseph Grubich, and Judge Michele Reinhart Levine to Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte to fill the vacancy on the court during their meeting Wednesday. The council decided to rank their choices with Grubich being the council’s first choice. The council, assembled by Gianforte and made up of lawyers, a former judge, former law enforcement and local leaders in the community, unanimously agreed that both Grubich and Levine had the qualifications and experience to do the job.

Former Cascade County District Court Judge Greg Pinski, who participated in the meeting via telephone, spoke to Grubich’s tempered nature as the current standing master of the Eighth Judicial District.

The process wasn’t standardized and CDC users were subleasing in an ad hoc manner on social media. “I vented on Facebook and soon learned that many other families using the CDCs had the same problem,” she said. After losing money through one temporary duty travel and unsuccessfully trying to sublease a spot at the CDC during maternity leave with her second child, she started working on Kinderspot. Vasta pitched her idea at the 2020 AFIMSC Innovation Rodeo where she earned first place and $333,000 for the app. The project then secured an additional $1 million for development through a price-matching
