You know obviously we have a union contract here at the Sheriff’s Office, and those run on a 3 year cycle, and this is the last year for this current cycle. So our budget is set to expire in December of ‘21, so our pay raises for the guys, for our people that work here has already been set and so any time you have a pay raise for your office-wide employees, you’re going to have an increase in your budget.”
