What COVID-19 guidelines will be on college campuses this fall?

As life continues to reopen in this new season of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ohio’s colleges and universities are preparing to welcome students back with open and less socially distanced arms this fall.
Some schools already announced plans for their return to campus in the fall before students finished their exams this spring. But with guidance from the Ohio Department of Health and the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention being frequently updated, and Ohio lawmakers trying to ban certain pandemic-related mandates, many school’s plans have already changed this summer.

The Wooster Community Hospital Auxiliary announces the recipients of its 2021 scholarship awards.
These scholarships are granted to graduating seniors in the Wayne County area who plan to enter the medical field of study.
The recipients are:
Macey Dillon, Wooster High School senior, has been awarded her first Helen Garvin Scholarship, which is renewable each year (through four years) upon proof of acceptable grades and progress. She will be attending North Central State College.
Jared Alberts, Northwestern High School, was awarded his second-year Helen Garvin Scholarship. He attends Muskingum University.
Adrianna Rubino, Wooster High School senior, has been awarded the auxiliary s Junior Partner Scholarship, having served countless hours of volunteering at Wooster Hospital. She will be attending the University of Akron.
