BROCKTON Every Massachusetts resident over the age of 16 will be eligible for a coronavirus vaccine by April 19, Gov. The Baker Administration also announced the weekly distribution of vaccine doses statewide for providers and a new $24.7 million investment in the Administration’s Vaccine Equity Initiative.
