In its daily vaccine data report, the DPH said Saturday that 2,001,751 people in the Bay State have received their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. The data is gathered from the Massachusetts Immunization Information System at midnight the night before.Gov. Charlie Baker made the announcement via Twitter a little less than three hours before the DPH released its vaccination data. On Monday, everyone 16 or older will be eligible, and we look forward to continuing our progress vaccinating our residents, Baker tweeted.According to the DPH, there are 3,007,861 people in Massachusetts who have received at least their first dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine.
