SHARON, MA Sharon Public Schools reported on Tuesday that two students at Heights Elementary School and one student at Sharon High School have tested positive for coronavirus, the district s eighth, ninth, and tenth new cases since Jan. 5.
According to a letter to families from Superintendent of Schools Meg Dussault, the individuals who tested positive have not been in close contact with anyone in the school community. Three students have tested positive for COVID, one at the high school and two at Heights, said the district in a Twitter post. Only the student at the high school required contact tracing and all potential exposures have been contacted.
