Two Hampton NH area suspects charged after fatal overdose

Two Seacoast residents are facing the possibility of life behind bars after recent arrests on charges of allegedly selling drugs to a Hudson man, who died from a fatal overdose. John Mills, 29, of Hampton, and Jordan Lamprey, 23, of North Hampton, were arrested in early March after a months-long investigation following the drug overdose death of 28-year-old John Dunn Jr., of Hudson on July 12, 2020, according to the Hudson Police Department. Mills was arrested on March 3 in Derry, with the help of Derry police and agents from the Manchester Field Office of the Drug Enforcement Administration. He is charged with the sale of controlled drugs with death resulting, a special felony, as well as falsifying physical evidence, also a felony.

Personnel from the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section began working with officers in Northborough to located the suspect in the armed home invasion reported on Green Street in the town shortly after 2 a.m. Wednesday, authorities said. The attack was not random. The suspect, who has since been identified as 26-year-old Tyler Rawson, is known to the victim, the Northborough Police Department noted in a tweet early Wednesday.

Submitted to the Billerica Minuteman Submitted to the Billerica Minuteman More than 250 individuals wanted on outstanding warrants in jurisdictions across Massachusetts, and beyond, were taken into custody in 2020 due in part to the efforts of the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office (MSO) Warrant Apprehension Unit (W.A.U.), officials announced today. The W.A.U. is comprised of three full-time deputy sheriffs and a member of the Lowell Police Department.  The unit is also supported by other MSO divisions including the Inner Perimeter Security (IPS) Unit and intelligence analysts. In total, W.A.U. members made – or assisted in – 266 arrests alongside members of the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section (VFAS) and other law enforcement partners.
