Cruz. The charges against Francis Santos, 31, are the result of drugs found during the execution of a search warrant at a Brockton apartment, said DA Cruz. Santos filed a motion to suppress the evidence, arguing that the search warrant was issued without probable cause, said the news release. The motion was allowed by Brockton District Court Judge Julie Bernard in July 2019.
