Stavrow pleaded guilty to illegally possessing the motorcycle with intent to deprive, and failing to appear in court.
The court heard a warrant had to be issued for the 48 year old’s arrest and he has since spent 10 days in the watch-house.

A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the case had been referred to Mackay detectives for investigation.
“On February 12 the Mackay Magistrates Court informed local police a media outlet allegedly published the name of an accused person in relation to alleged child sexual offences,” the QPS spokeswoman said.
“The matter has been referred to the Mackay Child Protection and Investigation Unit for investigation.”
