The âunusualâ case of an employee who took almost $800,000 from the empire of âporn kingâ Con Ange, but insists she did so with full permission, will return to court next month after a magistrate compared the layers of the case to a Russian doll.
Neva Liana Lozzi, 45, is accused of taking $787,571.10 from Mr Angeâs various companies â which he uses to run about 10 adult stores in NSW, Queensland and Victoria â in hundreds of bank transfers between 2015 and 2020.

The money was spent on rent for her apartment at Point Piper in Sydneyâs east, electricity, phone bills, travel and accommodation, transfers to her bank account, and transfers to her husbandâs business.

The former self-described chief financial controller for âporn kingâ Con Angeâs adult empire was 30 minutes into her evidence when she admitted to a federal crime.
It was not the crime that had put her on the stand.
