Dauphin County man charged with beating 4-month-old son: police Updated Feb 11, 2021; A 4-month-old boy’s bruises, hemorrhages and possible skull fracture were inflicted by his 20-year-old father, Susquehanna Township police said in court documents charging the man with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children. According to an affidavit of probable cause, the baby was found unresponsive around 10:53 a.m. Jan. 29 at a home on the 1900 block of Locust Lane. Life-saving measures were performed and the boy was rushed to the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center for more treatment, the documents said. The baby had bruises on his legs, subdural hemorrhages, retinal hemorrhages in both eyes and a possible skull fracture, according to the affidavit. Dauphin County’s child abuse coordinator told police these injuries were indicative of physical abuse, the affidavit said.
