(TOI photo) KOLKATA: Union home minster Amit Shah, who met the NIA officials over a meeting at a hotel in Kolkata on Saturday morning, wants the central agency to dig deeper into the terror modules and radical Islamic outfits active in West Bengal. He has asked the NIA to trace the network spread by cross-border terrorist groups like Lashkar-E Taiba and Al Qaeda. On Friday night NIA officials were asked to be present at the hotel in New Town for a meeting with Shah. Officials including DIG Deepak Kumar reached the hotel around 9.30am. During the meeting Shah sought details of the cases in connection to terror modules operating in the state. Earlier in September this year the NIA busted a module of LeT operating from Baduria, North 24 Parganas.
