Cole, aged 18, was shot once in the chest following a pursuit between two vehicles on Chesham Road on the evening of Wednesday, August 12 2020. Today (Friday, May 21 2021) Kamran Mohammed, Mohammed Izaarh Khan, and Khayam Ali Khurshid, - all from Bury - were sentenced to life after being found guilty of Cole s murder. Manchester Crown Court (Crown Square) heard how Mohammed, of Kingsdale Close, fired the fatal shot from a .22 caliber pistol that struck Cole once in the chest while he was running away from a silver BMW that was pursuing him and his friends.

Kyle Binns jailed for unprovoked attack on man in car Date published: 26 April 2021 Kyle Binns Kyle Binns, 18, of Rochdale, has been sentenced to 12 months at Manchester Crown Court (Crown Square) for the assault of a man who was kicked and punched inside his car in Rochdale. On Monday 15 February at around 12.30pm, a 26 year-old man was driving down Halifax Road in Rochdale when he stopped outside a taxi rank. A black vehicle then pulled up next to him, with Binns in the front passenger seat. Binns shouted something to the victim, who wound down his car window in order to hear him. Binns then exited the black vehicle and began punching him repeatedly through the window, hitting the side of his head several times.

Bel outside court A former Chadderton resident is facing a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison after being found guilty of possessing a book banned under terrorist legislation. Oliver Bel had been on trial at Manchester Crown Court Crown Square accused of having the Anarchist Cookbook at his home in Salford in November 2019. He admitted having it but claimed it was for academic interest. And today the jury took just over three hours to reject the 24-year-old s defence and all agreed he was guilty. Bel made no reaction as the verdict was read out. The court heard the offence now carries a maximum sentence of 15 years.

Iman Chalouskri (12/11/1995), of Mainhill Walk, NewtonHeath, was sentenced yesterday (Tuesday 9 February) at Manchester Crown Court (Crown Square) after previously pleading guilty to being concerned in supplying controlled drugs of class A. Chalouskri was found to have 10kg of cocaine when officers from a Chorley & South Ribble task force attended his address as part of their enquiries into a stolen motorcycle.
