Chelsea boss, Thomas Tuchel, has said that his forward, Timo Werner works like a dog while praising the German his ‘relentless’ display in the Blues’ 2-1 victory over Manchester City on Saturday.
England international, Raheem Sterling gave Man City the lead in the first-half while Sergio Aguero squandered a golden opportunity to make 2-0 from spot kick before half time.
Thomas Tuchel’s Blues returned stronger in the second half, equalised through Hakim Ziyech and Werner then provided Chelsea with the winning goal as his low cross was fired in by Marcos Alonso.
Asked if the Germany international needs to add patience to his game, Tuchel told Sky Sports, “Yeah, but it’s easier said than done because he was working like a dog.

Manchester City boss, Pep Guardiola has reacted to Sergio Aguero’s shocking penalty miss during Manchester City’s 2-1 defeat to Chelsea at the Etihad on Saturday.
Man City took the lead through Raheem Sterling in the first half and Aguero shockingly missed the opportunity to give the home side a 2-0 lead before the half time whistle.
The Argentine attempted a Panenka penalty but the chipped effort lacked conviction and was comfortably saved by Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy.
Chelsea came back very strong in the second, putting up an impressive display that gave them 2 goals from Hakim Ziyech and Marcos Alonso.

PEP GUARDIOLA says Manchester City’s Premier League clash with Chelsea on Saturday comes too early to have any bearing on the Champions League final.
The two sides will meet again in European club football’s showpiece in Istanbul on 29 May.
City manager Guardiola said: “If we played the final in one week, six days, it could be but after tomorrow there are 21-22 days. Many things can happen. We just have to focus.”
Victory for City this weekend would see them secure their third Premier League title in four years.
“Always I have said the Premier League is the most important title,” said Guardiola.
