The partner of a devoted mum who fell to her death from the Arndale car park believes she might still be here today if she had got the help she needed for her mental health problems. Mel Hogben took her own life at the Manchester city centre shopping centre s car park on November 3, 2018. The 42-year-old, from Hulme, had told her partner, Tony Tulloch, she was going into town to do some shopping that morning.

A beautiful and kind mum who struggled with mental health issues fell to her death from the Arndale car park, an inquest heard.
Melanie Hogben tragically took her own life on November 3, 2018.
The 42-year-old, from Hulme, told her partner Tony Tulloch she was going into town to do some shopping that morning.
She was spotted at the shopping centre car park on High Street before falling to her death.
