Going to beach is something many of us are looking forward to this summer, and the newest feature at the Grand Haven State Park has made even more inclusion possible in all of the fun. They ve recently announced that they ve added two Trackchairs, an electric wheelchair that makes travelling through the sand a synch and convenient for those confined to a wheelchair. This means it ll be WAY easier for those who use a wheelchair to get around, because of the track that s used to maneuver through the sand on the bottom of the chair.

Grand Haven State Park is now more accessible to those in wheelchairs after the park purchased two Trackchairs.
The Trackchairs give the rider the ability to navigate the beach in ways a traditional wheelchair cannot.
Local nonprofit, Lori s Voice, donated the chairs to the state park as a way to make the beach accessible to everyone.
Founder Lori Hastings says without the chairs beachgoers would be stuck in the parking lot and unable to visit the shoreline.
