Well, it’s time to wrap up 2020 and embrace a new year! It’s certainly been a year of change for many of us. Even though it proved to be a challenging year, we did find new things to enjoy with Disney. That’s why we’ve decided to countdown to the new year with a list of Top 10 things we enjoyed from Disney this year!
1. Epcot’s Regal Eagle Smokehouse
A Salute to All Nations, But Mostly American Barbecue! Sam Eagle of The Muppets is the face of a new restaurant in Epcot’s America Pavilion. The food and atmosphere are both great at Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Beers and Barbecue. Sam Eagle has entertained Muppets fans for years with his deadpan humor and for being their most patriotic Muppet character. To see more of a Muppets presence in the Disney Parks is delightful news!

Walt Disney World is offering a new vacation package, as the resort looks to boost attendance in 2021. The new deal gives visitors two free days at the Disney World theme parks when they buy a four-night, three-day vacation package at a Disney hotel.
So, basically, you re getting theme park admission on your arrival and departure days at no extra charge. But the five-day tickets can be used anytime within eight days of check-in, so if you want that scheduling flexibility if you re also staying off-site for a few days on your visit, you ve got that. And you can extend the two days free offer to on-property stays longer than four nights, if you wish. You will continue to need to make a Disney Park Pass reservation to enter the parks on your ticketed days, however.

Reopening dates for several more Walt Disney World resorts announced

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. - Walt Disney World has updated the list of reopened hotels on their website.
In the update, they announced reopening dates for several resorts, including:
Disney s All-Star Movies Resort: March 22, 2021
Disney s Beach Club Resort: May 30, 2021
Disney s Wildnerness Lodge: June 6, 2021
Disney s Polynesian Village Resort: Summer 2021
They also said that while a reopening date was previously announced for Disney s BoardWalk Inn, it will actually remain closed until further notice. Future reopening dates are subject to change and reservations can still be modified to other Disney hotels if needed.
