Taking a Luminary Stroll Through Some Grand Rapids Parks Valentine s Day is coming up on Sunday, February 14th. If you are looking for something unique to do with your loved one.how about a walk through one of our city parks with the pathway lit up by luminaries this weekend? The Happy Hearts Park Stroll is for all ages. The Friends of Grand Rapids Parks organization has partnered with the city of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation Department to host these free walks. Come with friends, the kids, a partner, or enjoy a beautiful evening alone! The parks that will feature these lighted paths are Huff Park, Garfield Park Nature Reserve and Roosevelt Park. The luminaries will be lit from 6-9 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
