Posted: Jul 17, 2021 4:11 PM Posted By: Megan Reyna A traffic stop in Morgan County led to child endangerment charge.  The Morgan County Sheriff s Office Posted on Facebook about the incident. They said Kayla Womack was stopped by a deputy in the Somerville area for a possible DUI.  Officials said she told deputies she was trying to get back home to her 1-year-old and 2-year-old kids she had left home hours earlier in Marshall County.  Sergeant Jones contacted the Marshall County Sheriff s Office and met Marshall County Lieutenant Sorrell at the home. Both deputies made entry through an unsecured door and found the children asleep.

Present at the memorial service were Benjamin Crump and Devon Jacob, the attorneys for the family of George Floyd, alongside the racialist political charlatan Reverend Al Sharpton. Brittain, a 17-year-old white youth, was gunned down by since-fired Lonoke County Sheriff’s Sergeant Michael Davis, while Brittain was attempting to place a blue antifreeze canister behind his truck tire to prevent it from rolling back into Davis’ squad car during a traffic stop. According to eye-witness and friend Jordan King, the deputy issued no commands prior to opening fire.

Grand jury indicts driver on reckless homicide charges for fatal crash Delbert Ray Polenske was indicted on charges of reckless homicide and criminal recklessness. Around 5:15 p.m. on February 15, Polenske was driving east on US 6 approaching King Road when his semi struck the rear of Melia Byrer s Ford Focus, according to the Marshall County Sheriff s Office. The force of the crash pushed Byrer s vehicle into oncoming traffic where it was struck by two other vehicles. Byrer was taken to the hospital but died of her injuries.
