The world is acknowledging the role of Pakistan in mitigating the severe impacts of climate change. It means Pakistan is being projected positively around the world. The present government has initiated a number of projects including Clean and Green Pakistan, Ten billion Tsunami tree and others which are nature based solutions to cope with the challenge of climate change. World Environment Day has been hosted by Pakistan for the first time.
