The relatives of an Annapolis public housing resident have filed a wrongful death lawsuit in federal court against the City of Annapolis and the city’s independent housing authority, alleging he died because of untreated mold in his apartment due to unequal inspection policies.

Fannie G. Krevsky wasn’t afraid to make her voice heard.
For decades, she was committed to helping her community, serving as a member of the Harrisburg School Board for 24 years. She was also the board’s first female president. She was an avid volunteer and served on the boards of the Harrisburg Library and Police Athletic League.
On Dec. 16, the 104-year-old Harrisburg legend died in her home.
“She was one in a million,” said Corky Goldstein, a friend who also served alongside her during her tenure with the school board.
