1/1 A 29-YEAR-OLD man who was arrested following a car chase on Saturday, December 5 that led to the discovery of an estimated £23,000 in Class A drugs has been refused bail at Enniskillen Magistrates Court. Darryl William Kennedy, of Old Mill Court, Lisbellaw, appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates Court via videolink on Monday to face seven drugs charges and five driving charges relating to the incident last weekend. The charges included possession of Class A, B and C drugs – namely cocaine, herbal cannabis, Diazepam and Pregabalin – possession of Class A drug, namely cocaine with intent to supply, being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug alongside dangerous driving, failing to stop, having no driving licence or insurance, driving when unfit, and failing to provide a specimen of blood.
