SOUTHAVEN, Miss Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves received mixed reactions to his lifting of all state-imposed COVID-19 restrictions on businesses.
President Joe Biden called his decision neanderthal thinking when asked about it on Wednesday. Reeves fired back on Twitter saying, Mississippians don’t need handlers. President Biden said allowing Mississippians to decide how to protect themselves is neanderthal thinking, Reeves said. As numbers drop, they can assess their choices and listen to experts. I guess I just think we should trust Americans, not insult them.
