HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WLOX) - Mississippi Highway Patrol troopers were on the scene of a sinkhole on I-10 eastbound at the 27 mile marker in Harrison County.

Bridge repair begins in Tishomingo County
Two bridges near Iuka get a million dollar makeover.

TISHOMINGO COUNTY (WTVA) Workers started replacing a pair of bridges on State Road 172 in Tishomingo County.
The Mississippi Department of Transportation posted pictures on social media.
The bridges span Little Yellow Creek and Ellington Branch near Iuka.
MDOT approved a $6 million-dollar contract to a Tupelo firm to replace the original bridges built in 1940.
They expect to finish the work by late next year.
