CV19 CheckUp quiz helps Michiganders determine COVID-19 exposure risk

CV19 CheckUp is free, anonymous and doesn t require a name, email address or any identifier to fill out the questionnaire. According to a news release, the program was designed for older adults, people with lower incomes, ethnic and racial minorities, and people in the LGBTQ community.  The release states the website s algorithm uses data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization. By answering a few questions about daily habits, living situation, ZIP code and health, artificial intelligence calculates an individual s COVID-19 exposure risk and creates a personalized plan to reduce it. The site also connects people to social services if needed, and users will see their risk level and “safe behavior score” on a scale from 0 to 10.
