COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) â The Coldwater Community School District Board of Education approved a resolution during a special meeting on Monday night that would place two bonding questions for district voters on the November 2 ballot.
The action came after the district got approval from the Michigan Department of Treasury to call for the election.
Superintendent Terry Ann Whelan said the first proposal would be for a $50 million bond to finance a 20,000 square foot expansion which would include a second story at Coldwater High School as well as for renovations to the building.
