Silver Lake Rd.  Shri Ganeshlaxmi Corporation has made the request to transfer ownership of a 2020 Specially Designated Distributor (SDD) and Specially Designated Merchant (SDM) licensed business with Sunday Sales Permit (A.M.) and Sunday Sales Permit (P.M.) from BR Fahah, Inc.  BR Farah, Inc., owned by Ramzi and Soheir Farah, has owned the party store since 2015, according to Fenton City records  The Shri Ganeshlaxmi Corporation consists of two stockholders, Pankajkumar Patel of Grand Blanc and Hardik Patel of Orion.

December 16, 2020 By Jessica Mathews & Jon King / news@whmi.com A local sushi bar and restaurant has had its liquor license and state permits suspended for violating a state order regarding indoor gatherings and face masks. Emergency suspensions of the liquor licenses and permits held by Two Guys Sushi LLC, doing business as Hatorando Sushi and Sports Bar on Highland Road in Hartland Township, were ordered on December 14th. The licensee currently holds a Class C license, as well as permits for Sunday sales, dance-entertainment and outdoor service. A complaint states that investigators from the Michigan Liquor Control Commission’s Enforcement Division received a complaint December 1st that the licensee was allowing indoor gatherings - contrary to the November 15th Gatherings and Face Mask Order. Liquor licenses, permits suspended for 8 Michigan businesses for violating epidemic order Posted at 4:31 PM, Dec 15, 2020 and last updated 2020-12-15 16:31:39-05 (WXYZ) — Eight more Michigan businesses have had their liquor licenses and permits suspended for violating the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services emergency order. The violations include allowing non-residential, in-person gatherings; providing in-person dining; failure to require face coverings for staff and patrons; and failure to prohibit patrons from congregating. Since September 2020, the Michigan Liquor Control Commission has suspended liquor licenses of a total of 21 establishments located throughout the state for violations of the emergency and executive orders due to the pandemic.
