Old Bridge man sentenced to 15 years in prison, loss of license due to drunken auto fatality An Old Bridge man has been sentenced for killing a teenager and injuring her passenger during a drunk driving crash last year. Aliaksandr Tsytsenia, 30, of Old Bridge, was sentenced to an aggregate 15 years in prison on one count of second-degree vehicular homicide and one count of third-degree aggravated assault, according to information provided by Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Chief William Volkert of the Old Bridge Police Department on Dec. 16. The Honorable Diane Pincus, J.S.C. ordered Tsytsenia’s prison sentences be served consecutively. Tsytsenia will have to serve the first 8-and-a-half years of his sentence without parole, pursuant to the No Early Release Act, according to the statement.
