Malden Police arrest Everett man in fatal December shooting Wicked Local Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Malden Chief of Police Kevin Molis have confirmed that Sifeddine Rogadi, 20, of Everett, was arrested Jan. 12 on charges of murder, armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery by discharge of a firearm, possession of a large capacity firearm, and possession of ammunition in connection with the fatal shooting of Jaden Brito-White, 18, of Malden, that occurred on Dec. 29, 2020. He was expected to arraigned in Malden District Court. On Dec. 29, at approximately 7:03 p.m., Malden Police responded to a report of a shooting that had occurred on Bowdoin Street. Upon arrival, officers located Brito-White suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Woman killed in Ayer two-vehicle crash Updated Jan 09, 2021; A woman was killed and a truck driver injured when their vehicles collided on Littleton Road, Route 2A, in Ayer Friday morning. The Middlesex District Attorney’s Office said in a press release that Ayer police responded to 911 calls reporting a two-vehicle crash near Snake Hill Road at about 6 a.m. Friday morning. First responding officers found the female driver of a car dead at the scene and the driver of a box truck injured.  He was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Authorities said the incident remains under investigation by Ayer police, State Police detectives attached to the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office and members of the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section.

DA updates status of Eurie Stamps of Framingham shooting review

FRAMINGHAM As the 10th anniversary of Eurie Stamps slaying looms on Tuesday, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan said her office has asked the FBI to assist in its review of the incident and its aftermath. “We realized we had a need for professional forensic help,” she told the Daily News in an interview last week.  The DA’s Office contacted the FBI to see if it would assist in the review. It has sent the FBI all documents related to the case that it possessed. Meanwhile, the Massachusetts State Police has gone to Stamps former home and taken new measurements and photographs that have since been sent to the FBI, Ryan said.

Police investigating fatal shooting of teen in Malden

Malden police are investigating the death of a man who was found shot in Malden Tuesday night. At approximately 7:03 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting on Bowdoin Street. Upon arrival, officers located an 18-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds, according to a statement from Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Malden Chief of Police Kevin Molis. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead, the statement said. An open investigation is being conducted by the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office and the Mass. State Police assigned to that office, as well as the Malden Police Department.
