When you think safari lodge, you probably don’t think West Midlands. But a park in Worcestershire, England, is the new place to head if you want to spend the night snoozing within metres of elephants and cheetahs.
Brand new luxury lodges have been built into West Midland Safari Park’s redesigned animal reserves. There are eight of them and they all have incredible views of either the elephant or cheetah enclosures. The park has announced the lodges will be available for bookings from April 12 – the date self-catered accommodation is allowed to reopen under the UK’s latest lockdown exit plan.
