( Midwest or the Company ) today announced that a public offering of 1,000,000 shares of its voting common stock has been priced at $70.00 per share. Midwest has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 150,000 shares at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments. The Midwest voting common stock has been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol MDWT.  The offering is expected to close on December 21, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions. The underwriters have also reserved 50,000 shares of the Company s voting common stock for sale at the public offering price set forth above, to directors, officers, employees, business associates and related persons of the Company through a directed share program.
