New books on Vietnamese young heroes released - Life & Style - Vietnam News | Politics, Business, Economy, Society, Life, Sports

Update: March, 15/2021 - 08:44 | The Kim Đồng Publishing House has released a book collection portraying Vietnamese heroes at a young age to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union. Photo courtesy of the publisher HCM CITY Kim Đồng Publishing House, one of Việt Nam’s leading publishing houses for children and teenagers books, has issued a collection of 10 books portraying Vietnamese heroes at young age. The publication celebrates the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) on March 26. The collection consists of books, photo books and comic books featuring the career and life of revolutionaries and soldiers who devoted their youth to fight for the country’s peace, reunification, and independence during two resistance wars.

Dinh Van Noi, announced on December 30 that the department’s Investigation Security Agency has issued a decision to begin legal proceedings in a case of organising illegal entry into Vietnam in the local district of An Phu on December 24. Noi said that the investigation detected signs of criminal activity in the case, and decided to commence legal proceedings to expand investigations. The province’s Department of Public Security is coordinating with the provincial Border Guard and An Phu district authorities in catching those that helped COVID-19 Patient 1440 illegally enter Vietnam.
