SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 25 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria’s electricity production rose by an annual 11.33% to 18,513 GWh in the January 1 - May 23 period of 2021, according to data from the country s Electricity System Operator (ESO). Domestic power consumption increased 3.16% to 16,170 GWh in the period under review, data from ESO s weekly bulletin showed. Bulgaria s power trade surplus jumped 145.47% to 2,343 GWh in the review period.
