HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) - The first high school in Horry County returned to class for full-time traditional learning on Friday.
Both Green Sea Floyds High School and middle school students are back for face-to-face learning five days a week.
Staff with Horry County Schools are still installing plexiglass barriers in other high schools, with plans to finish this month.

CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) - For a second year many high school seniors will miss out on having a true prom due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Last year, proms were canceled.
âWe have a prom dress hanging in the closet from last year,â parent Iris Esposito said.
Esposito hoped this year would be different for her daughter whoâs now a senior at North Myrtle Beach High School.

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – Some high schools and program schools in Horry County will be moving to five days of face-to-face learning next week.
All elementary and middle schools in Horry County Schools are now providing full-time instruction.
Now the district is moving to reopen all high schools for five days of face-to-face learning as plexiglass installations continue across the district.
Starting on Tuesday, March 16, the following high schools and program schools will return to full-time instruction:

CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) - Horry County Schools has set dates for 2021 high school graduation ceremonies and senior celebrations for schools in the area.
Graduation ceremonies for high schools will be held as early as June 15, according to the district.
Below is a list of when each school will be holding its ceremony, in alphabetical order:
Aynor High School - June 15
Carolina Forest High School - June 15
Conway High School - June 16
Early College High School - June 15
