Hershey Medical Center with serious injuries, Lower Swatara police patrolman Josh Malott told PennLive Saturday. The extent of the driver’s injuries and his condition are unknown. There was no one in the dining room at the time, and the Wendy’s employees weren’t injured, police said.

According to an affidavit of probable cause, the baby was found unresponsive around 10:53 a.m. Jan. 29 at a home on the 1900 block of Locust Lane. Life-saving measures were performed and the boy was rushed to the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center for more treatment, the documents said. The baby had bruises on his legs, subdural hemorrhages, retinal hemorrhages in both eyes and a possible skull fracture, according to the affidavit. Dauphin County’s child abuse coordinator told police these injuries were indicative of physical abuse, the affidavit said.
