OPP are seeking the public’s assistance looking for a federal offender wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant.
49-year-old Manasie Ipeelee is wanted for breaching his statutory release. He’s described as five foot four, 143 pounds with long black hair, a goatee, brown eye and wears glasses. He is said to have many tattoos. He has the letters M.I on his upper right arm, “N.O” and “M” on his left foreman, “R.K.,” Love on Fingers, heart & 4 dots on his left hand, “MI, TQ” on his upper back and “Mangi” on his left thigh.
Ipeelee is known to frequent the Ottawa area and is serving a one-year five-month sentence for breaching a long-term supervision order.
