Premier Miton Global Renewables Trust Plc - Dividend Announcement PR Newswire Premier Miton Global Renewables Trust PLC: Dividend Announcement Premier Miton Global Renewables Trust PLC (the Company ) announces a fourth interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2020 of 2.70 pence per Ordinary Share, making a total of 10.20 pence for the year, unchanged from the dividend paid in respect of 2019. This fourth interim dividend will be paid on 31 March 2021 to members on the register at the close of business on 5 March 2021. The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 4 March 2021. In an announcement dated 30 November 2020, the Company announced that as a result of the new 2025 ZDP Share issue being of a smaller issue size than the preceding 2020 ZDP Share issue, which matured on 30 November 2020, the portfolio would be reduced in size.
