GOLDEN, Colo. A man who had previously been convicted of exposure attempted kidnapping and second-degree murder has been found guilty in another case for groping a child inside a thrift store in Arvada.
Ronn Wyman, 62, has an extensive criminal history that also includes other sexual offenses against children, according to a news release from the First Judicial District Attorney’s Office.

SANTA FE The First Judicial District Attorney’s Office is disappointed in Judge Jason Lidyard’s decision Thursday to reject the plea of life plus nine years in the case of State v. Gage.
Gage attempted to plead guilty to a brutal triple homicide.
District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies stated, “The victims’ families were very clear with us that they do not want to go through another trial. The last one was traumatic for them, and they whole-heartedly agreed that this plea was justice in their eyes.”

WESTMINSTER, Colo. A 25-year-old woman pleaded guilty to a felony child abuse charge after her 7-year-old son accidentally shot and killed her 3-year old daughter in April of 2020, the First Judicial District Attorney s Office announced.
Michaela Dawn Harman pleaded guilty on May 4 to the following charge:
Felony child abuse – negligently caused serious bodily injury, a class 4 felony

GOLDEN, Colo. â A Westminster woman pleaded guilty this week to felony child abuse in the accidental shooting of her three-year-old daughter, who died after her older brother fired a shotgun at their home last year.
Michaela Dawn Hartman, 25, was charged with child abuse â negligently causing serious bodily injury, a fourth-degree felony.
Her daughter, Ruby Jackson, died after the shooting on April 21, 2020.
Investigators learned that Hartman s two children were playing swords when the seven-year-old boy grabbed a shotgun that was unsecured on the couch, according to the First Judicial District Attorney s Office.
