The elderly woman was allegedly punched in the face and suffered bruising to her face, foot, arms and hands during the ordeal.
The teens allegedly threw items at the elderly man, one of which struck him in the left side of his head, causing a deep cut.
The group fled the house on foot shortly after.
Both victims were taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital by St John Ambulance.
