Former Orlando Pirates left-back Innocent Chikoya believes the culture of victimising coaches when it is an open secret that they are not entirely in charge should stop if the face of domestic football is to change.
Chikoya, who won the league twice with Pirates, has raised his voice amid the scrutiny that Josef Zinnbauer has been subjected to at Pirates along with the difficulties that Gavin Hunt is dealing with through his first season at Kaizer Chiefs.

I have been coaching in the ABC Motsepe League for some few years now to equip myself with experience whilst also studying, Mjempu reveals. There is no shortcut in football when you want to be a great coach and hence I allowed myself to go through all the development stages. My dream is coach in the PSL and I am confident that dream will come true one day. Former Orlando Pirates forward Joseph Ngake has explained why the Buccaneers will be a very dangerous team when they meet Mamelodi Sundowns on Sunday.
Sundowns recently embarrassed the Buccaneers at Loftus Versfeld Stadium with a 4-1 mauling in the Nedbank Cup quarter-finals.
Ngake believes Pirates will get a chance to return the favour and close the gap at the top of the table as they mathematically still stand a chance of being crowned DStv Premiership champions.
